OFF-COURSE

Concierge

Golf Course Supplies
Distribute water, sport beverages and ice to on-course coolers; empty trash receptacles throughout the facility.  Volunteers may be required to lift heavy objects.  Must be at least 25 years of age, and have a valid driver’s license.  Morning shifts may begin as early as 5:30 a.m. (Wed. 9/22 to Thurs. 9/30)

Medical/First Aid
Per USGA requirements must be a doctor, emergency medical technician, and/or registered nurse. (Thurs. 9/23 to Thurs. 9/30)

Parking
Assist in the efficient use of all parking facilities on and off the property; access control and general safety concerns at various restricted areas on site.  Work with contracted parking company, security volunteers and local law enforcement to direct players, officials, staff and volunteers to designated areas.  (Wed. 9/22 to Tues. 9/28)

Player Registration

Security
Work with club staff to verify credentials and direct players, volunteers and guests to appropriate areas.  Law enforcement or security background is preferred.  (Wed. 9/22 to Wed. 9/29)

Transportation
Drive shuttle vans from parking facilities, between courses and to the 10th tee.  Coordinate communication between valet, taxi and shuttle services.  (Wed. 9/22 to Tues. 9/28)

ON-COURSE

Marshals/Forecaddies
Stationed at landing zones to assist in spotting errant balls; also manage spectators on the course ensuring that appropriate golf etiquette is observed; may also be asked to assist as evacuation drivers.  Marshals/Forecaddies must be physically fit and able to walk 18 holes if necessary. Morning shifts for this position may begin as early as 5:30 a.m. (Wed. 9/22 – Thurs. 9/30)
